An Act relative to the sewerage facilities and betterments in the Town of Millbury

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Subsection A of section 3 of chapter 307 of the acts of 1973 is hereby amended by striking out paragraph 3, as appearing in chapter 156 of the acts of 1978.
