Rosenberg (by vote of the town) that the Brick House Community Resource Center, Inc., in the town of Montague be exempt from paying certain real estate taxes. Rules. [Local Approval Received.]

In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to certain tax exemptions in the town of Montague.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The board of assessors in the town of Montague is hereby authorized to exempt the Brick House Community Resource Center, Inc. from paying estate taxes for the second half of FY 2004 and that the exempted amount cannot be more than $991.12.

Furthermore, and provided that subsequent to the enactment of said legislation, the town issue a refund of any taxes paid by the Brick House Community Resource Center, Inc. for the period in question.
