Be it enacted by the
Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the
authority of the same, as follows:
Section 4 of chapter 137 of the acts of 1948, as
amended by chapter 133 of the acts of 1999, is hereby further amended by
striking out the figure $10,000,000 in line 4 and inserting in place thereof
the figure: - $30,000,000.
