An Act relative to the Hepatitis B Vaccine.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Section 15 of Chapter 76 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following: — In the absence of an emergency or epidemic of disease declared by the Department of Public Health, no child whose parent or guardian objects in writing, shall be required to be immunized against Hepatitis B in order to be admitted to school.
