An Act relative to testing for certain diseases prior to the issuance of marriage licenses.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 28A of chapter 207 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding in line 11, after the word “syphilis”, the following words:— HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C,

SECTION 2. Said section 28A of said chapter is hereby amended by adding in line 12, after the word “syphilis”, the following words:— , HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C.
