An Act relative to emergency room treatment.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The General Laws, as appearing in the 1998 Official Edition, are hereby amended in line 114 by striking out the words (unless such delay can be imposed without material risk to his health,).
