An Act Relative To Defibrillators.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Section 2 of Chapter 245 of the acts of 2002 is hereby amended in item

4590-9999 by striking out in lines 4 and 5 the words “ the police or fire department or fire protect district” and inserting in place thereof the following:- a public entity.
