An Act banning styrofoam in the public schools.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 71 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 2B the following section:—
Section 2C. The use of styrofoam or any product containing styrofoam in the public schools is hereby prohibited.
