In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to cancer screening for municipal employees. .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

 

SECTION 1. Chapter 149 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 52D, the following section:-

 

         

Section 52E. Each state and municipal agency shall make available up to four hours of paid leave per year to each employee for the purpose of undergoing pre-cancer screening.
