In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to the elimination of racial and ethnic health disparities.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The executive office of health and human services shall evaluate the impact of the social determinants of health, including but not limited to employment, education, health care, housing, recreation, financial lending, racism and discrimination.  Based on this evaluation EOHHS shall direct its agencies to promulgate regulations reduce the impact of these determinants on racial and ethnic health and health care disparities.
