An Act to legalize compliance with centers for disease control 2006 revised recommendations for HIV testing of adults, adolescents, and regarding pregnant women in health care settings.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1:

Chapter 111 Section 70 F as appearing in the 2004 Official edition of the Massachusetts General Laws, is hereby amended by the deletion of lines one through seven and twelve through twenty.
