An Act relative to determination of need for hospital beds.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1:        Section 51 of Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out the third paragraph. 

SECTION 2:   Section 51 of Chapter 111 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by striking out the words in the second line of the fourth paragraph “the provisions of this chapter and.”
