In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any General or Special Law to the contrary the Department of Public
Health is hereby directed to reduce renewal fees for registration at any level of
Emergency Medical Technician to the fee charged in the year 2001. Firefighters in the
Commonwealth who as a condition of employment must be so certified shall have the
fees frozen at said 2001 level.
