 An Act requiring a certain decal on motor vehicles operated by persons with learner's permits .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 8B of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting at the end, the following sentence.:

The registrar shall make available a suitable decal to be affixed to the motor vehicle which is being driven by a person with a learner’s permit which shall be displayed whenever such person is driving and shall indicate the status of the driver.
