An Act relative to certificates of registration for motor vehicles.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 2 of Chapter 90 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition,  is hereby amended by striking, in lines 26 and 27 thereof, the words “, place of residence and address of the applicant”.

SECTION 2. Section 2 of Chapter 90 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by adding after the word “determine”, in line 28 thereof, the following words, “, excluding the applicant’s address and place of residence.”
