An Act relative to domestic violence.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. The department of public safety shall promulgate rules and regulations to prevent domestic violence and sexual assault in the commonwealth.
