An Act relative to records of arrests.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  The definition of “criminal offender record information” in section 167 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

                Criminal offender record information shall not include an arrest, detention or disposition regarding any violation of law in which no conviction resulted.
