An Act relative to license fees.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.           Section 131A of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as most recently

amended by Chapter 26 of the Acts of 2004, is hereby amended by adding the following

paragraph:

                                All persons sixty years or older as of July 1, 2007 shall be exempt from all permit renewal fees.  The licensing authority shall require proof of age upon application for license renewal.
