In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act relative to making technical corrections to the Massachusetts firearms laws. .

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Said paragraph (8) of said section 129B of said chapter 140 of the General Laws as so appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “knowingly the words: - and with intent to deceive.

SECTION 2. Subsection (h) of said section 131 of said chapter 140 of the General Laws, as so appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “knowingly” the words: - and with intent to deceive.
