An Act relative to fire safety.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Section 94 of chapter 143 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph:-

                (m) To formulate administrative procedures and promulgate rules and regulations necessary to administer and enforce the Fire Fighter Safety Building Marking System in the NFPA 1, National Fire Protection Association Uniform Fire Code.
