An Act relative to firefighter staffing.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 48 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following new section:-

                Section 51A. No structural firefighting apparatus shall respond to an alarm of a fire with one firefighter on board.
