An Act updating the conditions and restrictions for the issuance of firearm identification cards.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 129B of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in subsection (ix), line 73, following the words “federal jurisdiction”, the word “;or”, and by inserting following subsection (ix), the following subsection:-

(x) Any other reason, as determined by the licensing authority, which indicates a reasonable belief of dangerousness.
