An Act relative to military leaves of absence for employees of fire districts.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 137 of the Acts of 2003 is amended by adding after the word town in line two the following words: “or fire district.”
