An Act allowing certain county employees to buy back additional years for retirement purposes.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            Subsection (b1/2) of section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word “any”, in line 396, the following word:— county,.
