An Act relative to adjusted pension or disability retirement allowances.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Chapter 32 Section 91A, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is

hereby amended by striking out the words “five thousand dollars” and inserting in its

place the following:—

                “twenty thousand dollars”
