In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

 An Act granting creditable service for Thomas J. Keane of the town of Stoneham.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law or rule or regulation to the contrary, the state’s teachers’ retirement system shall give four years of creditable service to Thomas J. Keane, who was employed as a vocational education teacher for the Malden School District from September 1979 to January 2005.
