An Act relative to life insurance benefits for retirees in the Commonwealth's public retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Massachusetts General Law chapter 32B, section 11A, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended in the seventh paragraph by striking the first sentence; provided further that said section is amended in lines 65-66 by striking the words:— “provided the retiree has not attained the age of seventy five and”.
