In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act providing for the computation of the cost of living allowance for retired teachers.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Notwithstanding any other law or provision to the contrary, the cost of living rate shall be determined for retired teachers on the entire retirement allowance of such retired teacher.
