An Act including a Masters of Public Adminstration under the so called Quinn Bill.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 108L of Chapter 41 of the Massachusetts General Law, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph 2 after the word “enforcement” the phrase:--

                “or a masters degree in public administration”.
