An Act relative to retirement of firefighters.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Chapter 32 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended in section 90C by striking in line 10 the words “such city, town or fire district.”
