An Act pertaining to firefighter injuries.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any General or Special Law to the contrary lost time injuries caused by medical conditions covered by Chapter 32 Sections 94, 94A, and 94B shall be considered injuries under the provisions of Chapter 41 Section 111F.
