An Act relative to retirement systems.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Subsection (e) of Section 19 of Chapter 34B of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting at the end thereof the following new sentence: The Board is further authorized to purchase improved or unimproved real property and improve same and to let or sublet any portion of said property to others.
