An Act relative to certain employment at the Massachusetts firefighting academy. |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 71 by inserting after the word “person” the following:--
“, accepting those under contract to provide for instructional or specialized program support at the Massachusetts Firefighting Academy,”
