“Regular compensation shall also mean any stipend, wages, payment, fee, or other compensation, in whatever form lawfully determined for the individual service of the employee by the employing authority from which regular deductions are taken pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 32, and payable to and received by any member of a Board, Commission, or Authority of any governmental unit or political subdivision thereof, provided said member of said Board, Commission, or Authority is also a member in good standing and otherwise entitled to a pension from any of the contributory retirement systems included in said Chapter 32, thereby allowing compensation for said stipend, wages, payment, fees, or other compensation to be credited to said member as additional compensation when added to any other compensation lawfully credited under said members annual gross earned income.”
