 An Act to categorize police and fire civilian dispatchers in Group 4.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1. Section 3 of chapter 32 of the general laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 283, after the word “plant;” the following words:-

            an employee of a police or fire department who is employed as a civilian dispatcher or telecommunicator of fire and police or emergency medical services;
