An Act to provide creditable service for municipal planning board members.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Subsection (o) of section four of chapter thirty-two of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 236 by inserting after the word ‘member’ the following:— ‘planning board member’.
