An Act relative to the indemnification of court officers and probation officers of the Trial Court.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Chapter 211 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:—
   Section 29. The Commonwealth shall provide liability insurance to insure court officers and probation officers in the employ of the Trial Court while in the performance of their official duties.
