An Act to place campus police at Taunton State Hospital in Group 2 of the contributory retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

   Paragraph (g) of subsection (2) of section 3 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended in line 242, by inserting after the word “county;” the following:—   employees of the commonwealth at the Taunton State Hospital who hold the position of Campus Police Officer I or Campus Police Officer II;.
