 An Act Relative to Creditable Service for Retirement Purposes for Town Moderators.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Paragraph (o) of subsection (1) of Section 4 of Chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, after the word “selectman” in line 229 the following words:—, town moderator, planning board member.
