 An Act relative to retired public employees

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

Subsection (b) of section 91 of chapter 32 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

 

The amount of alimony being paid by such person shall be deducted in determining his earnings.
