An Act relative to the retirement rights of building trades employees at public higher ed institutions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1 Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by including the following titles in Group 4:

      lst Power Plant                                                   Plumber/Steamfitter

      2nd Class Power Plant Engineer                                    Steam Fitter

      3rd Class Power Plant Engineer                                    Electrician

      Co-Generation Engineer 1, 2 & 3                                   Metal Worker

      Maintenance Foreman Working                                       Construction Handyman

      Steam Fireman                                                     Fire and Safety Officer
