In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to include custodians in Group 2 of the retirement system.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended to include municipal maintenance employees, school district maintenance employees, and maintenance employees of Housing Authorities in Group 2 of the retirement system.
