An Act to include the title motor equipment repairman in the division of parks and recreation in the department of conservation and recreation.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1. Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by including the titles of Motor Equipment Repairman 1, 2, and 3 in the Division of State Parks and Recreation in the Department of Conservation and Recreation in Group 4 of the Retirement system.
