An Act relative to option C.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding and special or general law to the contrary Chapter 32, section 12 of the Massachusetts General laws shall be amended by inserting:

(4) Retroactive application of new annuity tables

Effective July 1, 2004, the new “Option C factor tables” established by the Retirement Board on December 27, 2004 shall be applied to all members and survivors who previously retired under “Option C” or Option “D.”
