An Act to amend retirement benefits for employees of the department of transitional assistance.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1 Group 2 OF paragraph (g) of sub-division 2 of section 3 of Chapter 32, as amended by section (1) of Chapter 71 of the acts of 1996, is hereby further amended, by inserting after the words "of Cushing Hospital," the following words: "Employees of the Department of Transitional Assistance in Bargaining Unit 8."

                SECTION 2.  This act shall take effect on passage.
