In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act to include certain county employees under the heart law.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

                Chapter 32, Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding thereto the following words: — or to any employee of a county whose regular or incidental duties require the care, supervision or custody of prisoners, criminally insane persons or defective delinquents.
