An Act relative to liquor licenses in the town of Burlington |
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The town of Burlington is authorized to issue, within the development known as the northwest park planned development district, 8 additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages to be drunk on premises, 2 additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages to be drunk on the premises, and 2 additional licenses for the sale of wine and malt beverages not to be drunk on premises.
