In the Year Two Thousand and Seven.

An Act relative to an employee at U Mass Lowell.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.  Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Stephen Moses, an employee of the University of Massachusetts at Lowell, shall be entitled to buy-back retirement credit for the period of 1980 through 1987 when he was employed as an “01” employee at the University of Lowell Research Foundation.
