An Act relative to the retirement rights of police officers at higher education institutions.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

SECTION 1.

                Section 3(g) of Chapter 32 of the Massachusetts General Laws is hereby amended by including police officers at public higher education institutions in Group 4 of the retirement system.
