 An Act relative to creditable service for school committee members.

 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:


 

SECTION 1.  Section 4 of chapter 32 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out, in paragraph (1)(o), the words “provided, however, that the provisions of this paragraph shall not apply to any member first elected on or after January 1, 1986.”
